Implementation strategy diagram

Implementation Plan is a project management tool that shows how a software project will evolve at a high level. This article will show you how to create an Implementation Plan Diagram using Open API. The Implementation Plan Diagram will be created by the plugin.

A strategic implementation plan (SIP) is the document that you use to define your implementation strategy. Typically, it outlines the resources, assumptions, short- and longterm outcomes, roles and responsibilities, and budget. (Later on, we’ll show you how to create one.)

Select Diagram > New from the application toolbar. In the New Diagram window, select Implementation Plan Diagram. Click Next. Enter the name and description. The Location field enables you to select a model to store the diagram. Click OK. This creates an implementation plan with two default lanes. You can rename the lanes and add your own ones.
