Proceed to the asis state or current state of the process / business that needs improvement. Create a future state view of how it is out to be. Create a blue print or a roadmap. Proceed with the implementation and the roll out of the change. Track progress and evaluate the solution. Proceed back to the first step in the continuous improvement cycle.
